Paid Services Overview

BIM PANIC LOG provides panic-log diagnostics through usage-based plans. Access is granted as Guest Access and is tied to technical identifiers rather than user accounts.

Plan Duration

  • Free / Pro / Expert: Active on a daily usage basis.
  • Premium Monthly: Valid for 30 calendar days from purchase.
  • Premium Yearly: Valid for 365 calendar days from purchase.
  • Free: 1 log per day.
  • Pro: 5 logs per day.
  • Expert: 15 logs per day.
  • Premium (Monthly / Yearly): 20 logs per day.
  • Daily usage counters reset every 24 hours at 00:00 UTC. Unused logs do not roll over.

Technical Binding

Web access is bound to your browser and IP address. Bot access is bound to your ip address. Clearing browser storage or switching networks may invalidate web access.

Restore Purchase

If access is lost, you may restore your purchase using your PayPal Order ID.

Restoring access will immediately revoke access on the previous technical identifier.

Access Loss Warning

Your session may be invalidated if environmental changes are detected. Avoid:

  • Switching between Wi-Fi and mobile networks (Web).
  • Using VPNs or anonymization tools.
  • Attempting to use the Bot from multiple phone numbers.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final. No refunds are issued for access loss caused by environmental changes or exceeding usage limits.

Messaging Services (WhatsApp Bot)

The BIM Tech WhatsApp Bot is a complementary service. By interacting with the bot, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Identifier: Access and usage are associated with your WhatsApp phone number for the purpose of providing the service.
  • Data Processing: Submitted images and phone log data are processed solely for analysis and response generation. This may include temporary image enhancement or transformation (e.g., to improve OCR accuracy and analysis quality). Processing may be performed using secure third-party service providers acting on our behalf.
  • Data Retention: Submitted data is not stored, retained, or used beyond the time required to complete processing and deliver results, except where necessary for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
  • User Responsibility: You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not share sensitive or personal information unless necessary. Any data shared is provided at your own discretion and risk.

Data Handling & Log Security

Your uploaded log files and diagnostic data are transient. We process them solely to provide immediate diagnostic results. We do not store your logs in a permanent database, and all uploaded files are automatically purged from our servers immediately after the session or analysis is complete.

AI Diagnostics Disclosure

For AI-powered diagnostic features, your data is transmitted to our secure third-party AI providers solely to generate a diagnostic response. This data is not used to train global AI models and is handled in strict accordance with our transient data retention policy.
